I am all about the Bing Crosby version of that song. It’s pure Christmas magic.
But seriously, I do love vintage and whites. I hear from my friend Carrie that up in Montana they have a whole “Vintage Whites Market” it’s like the coolest flea market ever. She talks about her latest adventure here.
But I digress (shocker, I know…) for Christmas this year I was in charge of Christmas decor for the BFF (check out the DIY snow globes we made, here) and decided she needed a rag garland. The pendant banners are everywhere, but the vintagey feel of a white rag garland is so yummy and Chrsitmasy.
Here’s what you will need:
First, cut your fabric into strips
then tie them onto the lace, following the method I detailed in the tutu tutorial:
In the end you will have something that looks all yummy vintage and white, like this:
