I love a good bath. The warm water, a good book, some candles, maybe a glass of wine… but what I really love is a bath with balt salts. If you have never tried them, you are missing out! I have created 3 DIY Bath Salt recipes for you with just two items you probably already have around your home!
1. Fill container half way with Epsom salt
2. Drop in 3-4 drops of essential oil of choice
3. Fill container completely with epsom salt
4. Close lid and shake vigorously
1. Begin to fill bat
2. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of bath salts under warm running water
3. Fill tub with water
Calming Bath Salts
Young Living Peace and Calming essential oil (or Tangerine, orange, ylang ylang, patchouli and blue tansy essential oils).
Pain Relief Bath Salts
Young Living Panaway essential oil (or Wintergreen, helichrysum, clove, and peppermint essential oils).
Soothing Bath Salts
Young Living Lavender essential oil.
I even made little labels for my bath salts to keep me from confusing one form the other and so I can display everything in my guest bath. I figure if a guest wants to use these bath salts they will be able to choose the one that works for them. These Bath Salts smell amazing and have great health benefits!
